Carrying out a feasibility study to examine the potential for increasing visitor numbers at Oxford’s Reservoir – a major county site for recreation.
We examined the operational and user-group issues, the potential for a new dedicated visitor centre and the prioritising of a whole range of changes and improvements partly identified at 2 consultations.
