Commercial developments
We have worked with major commercial developers for as long as we've been established with many repeat commissions.
We have completed several major projects in just the last 3 years for SEGRO, MEPC and others in the south and south east and a good many refurbishments too. We have undertaken hard and soft design, master-planning, roof gardens and green walls. We have carried out many ecological and tree assessments including BREEAM ecological assessments, and have also been involved with long term maintenance supervision and ongoing improvement advice for major business parks.
